EMediaWorld Scammed out of thousands for SEO services - Claimed to have contract with company we merged with

We merged with a company that had excellent SEO. Our CFO and I was called many times about "outstanding invoices" We finally started paying, to adhere to the terms of our merger.
We had a new site launch and he said it would cost extra money to do the same level of optimization that they had done for the existing website they were under contract for. I approved an invoice and we had been paying monthly with the invoices sent under the "contract". Then I send the jerk my keywords to get started and I never hear from him again. His email started bouncing back. I tried to go to submitfrog.com and it says page cannot be found. Same with emediaworld.
They scammed us for A LOT of money. Do not pay attention to any rebuttals. These guys are very skilled scam artists.
