LIMELABSLLC Fraud charge to business debit checking card

Today I noticed a charge I don't recognize from a company I don't recognize on one of my accounts. Even more striking is that it was to my business checking account, which is used for only official business purchases and very clearly track all purchases made.

I have attempted to contact their support@limelabs.com and received a bounce:

Looking further into who Lime Labs is, they appear to be associated or the same company as the folks who made Lime Wire. The name "Lime Labs LLC" is listed in numerous court documents online in which Lime has had their assets frozen.

I have left a voicemail with the number listed as the domain contact at 1.9174219227 but don't expect to get any contact back.

At this point I have notified my credit union which has cancelled my debit card and I'll be going downtown to sign official papers to start the fraud investigations.
