Lime wire Rip Off, stole money and never received merchandise

Lime wire offered a settlement offer and was offering merchandise and only had to pay shipping. Well I paid the shipping and they said what 4-6 weeks delivery. The only way to contact the company was through email. I sent several emails they sent one back with a tracking status. The last link I received to track my order, instead of tracking my order it goes to another popup for free merchandise. I still haven't received my merchandise and now when I email the company they don't email back. It's been over 3 months going on 4.
