Ripped off by buyemail-list.com

I bouught an Email list from these guys and there was a 80% bounce on the list. I tried to contact them and ask for a refund and they said quote:

So what's the problem? You want a better list? Buy our
$2000 usd double cleaned data feed from buyemail-list.com if you can afford.

Unbelievable. Total Scam in my opinion!!!
