Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Trumbull

I was offered a free trial with AOLnetmarket. I tried to cancel it but they did not cancel. A year later I was once again charged for this service. When I called to find out why they said that they had no record of my cancellation. I canceled again and was only reimbursed 64.15 for the 69.99 that I was charged for their service.
I had 7 checks bounce as a result of their error. Charging my account $236.00 that I am still trying to recover from.
