Stole money from my account and continue to take more money from me

I noticed the charge on my account and went straight to the bank to file a claim. They told me it would take 10 days. I then got a letter stating they couldn't find the company. I later received a letter saying that I was responsible for the charge of 99.95 because the company had my ip address and all my info.

This company is good at what they do and that is ripping good people off of there hard earned money. The sad thing is the money I am out is my kids child support. This company is still charging me $15 a month. I can't get the charges stopped. I have tried to get a hold o them with the same result. No answer or mail box is full.
