Rip off customers

We placed an order with reefscavengers.com on 9/28 after a week of not hearing from them except that they took our money, we emailed them. We finally heard back after a week and were told that there was a delay in our shipment. More time went by and we were told it was shipped but it never was. We were told that there was a problem with the order. Now again we were told it was shipped and it wasn't. They do not get back to you. They just take your money.
