While brouseing the net my computer was shut down and a msg stating a virus attack was on and purchase of their product would fix it, I was not allowed use of any program on my computer and I tried them all for over an hour, Finally I paid their $49.95 and they cleared up their extorsion files, They said I could cancel within 30 days, However they ignore messages and their addresses are all bogus, I want my money back
