I referred my daughter in July for her at&t internet. I called them and told them I didn't receive the credit so they had me re-register on their site. They had made a computer change and thats the only way to get on the system. They said it wouldn't be a problem! Now when I call they say that I referred her after she had signed up. What a bunch of crap! I'm going to the Atty General office to file a complaint.
