Never EVER get your computer repaired at Aardvark Computer Repair in Shelby Township.

Selling defective equipment as refurbished is just one of the ways this company will rip you off. They say they refurbish equipment when they don't even fix it up, clean or test it. I should know - I worked for them.

NEVER ever let this company charge you for an SBU (Safety Backup). This company performs a Safety Backup on ALL computers that come in the door. Stephen Thomas must do this to protect himself. But he tries to peddle this to the customers and charge them $35.00 for a service that is performed regardless. If the unwitting customer pays for it, they get nothing in return. He has charged thousands of customers for SBU's. What a ripoff artist this guy is.

Also, there are several reports on file with the BBB regarding Stephen Thomas' unsavory business practices.
