Easy Tweets Fails to Refund on SocialMediaPack.com offer after almost a year!

Decided to try out Easy Tweets Profit system, offered through Social Media/socialmediapack.com, November. Seven day trial, sent an email with a login url (socialmediapack.com), user name and password. Unable to access that site, I grew concerned given the limited time frame and tried calling the number associated with socialmediapack, to which I had been directed by my email from Easy Tweet Profits, sans Social Media. The email even states, in bold letters, "Your exclusive membership login details are below." The ONLY "access" information I had received was for the socialmediapack.com url.

Not being able to contact anyone from socialmediapack.com, I ended up missing the "end" of trial, thus was charged $47 - which of course lead to an overdraft from my bank of $43. Angry and frustrated as I had TRIED to contact prior to close, especially since I couldn't enter the site, I switched gears and contacted easytweetprofits.com instead (although that was NOT where I was directed to go!). A not so pleasant lady finally answered the phone after several attempts and only a recording, yet she was live enough to tell me too bad and (supposedly) canceled my account. She had no reason why my access info hadn't worked and never did bother to apologize for any inconvenience. I was also supposed to receive a "free" cd - yet that didn't come until mid December and another story.

December comes and I get charged ANOTHER $47!!! By now, I am livid as it kept us from the grocery store (I am a single mom who was simply trying to find an alternative method of additional income). I call, no answer. I call - again - no answer. A week later, I finally get a real person, also a not very nice one but by then, neither was I.

She did admit I should not have gotten charged for December but reminded me it was tough luck on November, even though I couldn't get hold of anyone OR access that initial site (where the instructions for use were, by the way). She adds my refund will be "within the next few weeks" for December only and I say, ok, it's better than nothing and promised her bad things if January got billed, too.:)

January 26, I call AGAIN and get with someone, still trying to find my refund from when I'd called over a month before. This woman does the "gee, I don't know what happened" garbage and yes, promises it within the next week.

I called again after that and never did another live person... And here we are, October and still NO refund! By now, I am demanding BOTH November and December payments as compensation for failing so miserably to do what they said and issue that refund! $94 is the world to a single mom with limited income and it would appear that initial $47 was too much for Social Media to cover, thus, they have NO business doing business!

Do NOT use them, no matter what! They are NOT an effective mechanism for additional income unless you've got money to blow, and in today's economy, well, us single moms need to stick together and avoid this type of internet fraud!
