Fraudulent Internet Money Making Business

A trial offer to purchase internet marketing services provided by Fast Blog Income was purchased on November 28 in the amount of $1.97 for the purpose of making money at home. A few days later my bank account was charged $76.97, even though I did not make the initial purchase for the trial offer. Im still not sure how they got my credit card information. Therefore, I telephoned my bank to let them know that this transaction was not authorized by me. I also tried contacting Fast Blog Income at 1-877-204-7404 on Monday, December 2 at approximately 10:00 A.M. At that time, I was told by one of their agents that due to high call volumes, customer service would return my call in approximately 3 hours. Five hours later, I called them back and was told by another agent that they were sorry for the inconvenience but would submit another request for support on my behalf.
On Tuesday, December 3 at approximately 10:00 PM (at night) someone from Fast Blogs Customer Service Department called and left a voice mail message indicating that they were trying to contact me regarding my concern. At 10:00 P.M. At night, I had already gone to bed. On Wednesday, December 4, someone from Fast Blogs Customer Service Department called and indicated that there was a 3 day return policy in which I had to cancel the service somewhere on their website. However, since I did not make the initial purchase transaction, I would not have read that. But my concern is now that I HAVE read their terms, the terms and conditions appear fraudulent since it indicates that the customer will be charged a monthly rate of $76.97, yet my account was charged in advance for a month of service that I had not even authorized. Moreover, what honest business contacts customers at 10:00 P.M.in the evening and has high call volumes during normal working hours all day long, every day while using agents as a guise to avoid telephone calls. To resolve this matter, a full refund should be returned to my account in the amount of $76.97.
