GeeksBearingGifts.com Contracting Scam

Kentropolis.com ScamMy company contracted Ken Stuczynski to performwebsite design services. This guyportrays himself as a web designer but what he gave me was utter crap! We paid him a total of $1500.00 (which hedemanded upfront), we paid it. He toldus that he will give us layouts to choose from within a couple of days. A week goes by, with no contact fromKen. We called him at the number listedon kentropolis.com (716.712.3996) he told us that he needed a couple of more days to complete thework stating that he was really busy with some other jobs. To our own fault, we gave him the extra time. The day before we were supposed to go live hetells us that he cant finish the job and will not return our money. We told him that we were going to contactthe BBB and file a complaint. Mr. Stuczynskiis a total con artist and a fraud, after we took some time to contact some ofhis prior clients none of which are happy with him by the way; we decided totake action in our own way. We have tried to work our situation out with Ken, but no luck. Some of his previousclients have decided to chargeback the payments that they made to this conartist. We also were contacted byanother individual that stated to us that he was employed by Ken to do salesfor him, which he was never paid for. We hope that this self proclaimed web designer (whichafter looking at his portfolio for a second time, were kind of shocked he evengets clients). If you have any dealings with this con artist, dontpay him up front. He will take the moneyand run just like he did with us.
