My in-laws received their phone bill and noticed a charge for 14.95 and 17.76. When they contacted the 800 number, they were told that I, (their daughter in law), had filled out an online form for phone service thru the computer and for a 911 messaging service to be added to their phone line without their permission. If I being an adult can do this imagine what a 15 year old can do online with my in laws account!!!? I had to spend about a hour on the phone getting these charges reversed and then credited back to their account. I do not understand how anyone can utilize information that is not even listed in their own names. Please make sure that you are opening all bills and checking your monthly charges. These companies are getting away with YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! For nothing. Sincerely, MD2010
