Scammed out of money and closed account for no reason

I worked for this company for a year as a phone sex operator. One day they decide they would just block my account and not pay me the money that I earned giving the excuse my hold time on the calls was low. They are in charge of sending calls to the operators, that is not my fault. No one was calling into their site so of course hold time would be not just low but non existent. I have asked them to pay me several times what was in my account but have not heard back from them. Stay away from these scammers. It's a terrible company to work for. They only pay 17p a minute to talk even though they say certain calls you will earn more, this is never the case.
