These guys have flaselessly accused me of trerminating their TOS. And they have seized funds in two accounts for a total of around 370$ US. I did not violate their terms in any way, and those funds they seized were sent from a client of mine to me as a downpayment for work to be done on his website. They handle peoples money through a escrow system, the client in question has asked them for a refund since i didnt get it and they wont even send it back to him. Upon some research see http://usacomplaints.com search scriptlance.com and youll see many such occurences these guys should have a classs action lawsuit filed against them. How can they seize money like that? Please investigate this i want to know how they can just take rfrom people like that and not be prosecuted thats theft... These guys laid seize to a bunch of money a client had sent me through their escrow service for work to be done on his website, they claim i violate their TOS and wont relinquish almost 500$ thats in my accounts. This was sent through their escrow system as a payment for work to be done. This is theft and should be investigated and prosecuted. I have all supporting documents any lawyers want to take this on for whatever you can get back from them? I dont want a dime just want them to pay forwhat they did. After thorough research on http://scriptlance.com i have found i am one of many people that have been taken advantage of in such a weay by scriptlance and R3N3 International http://r3n3.com / Its almost like a employer not paying you after working all week. As a freelancing programmer I work on lots opf these freelance sites, and scriptlance is by far the worse, in fact they angered me so much I started my own freelance site and even expanded it into other markets see http://icontractor.Us I am going to offer far better support, it took them 9days just to respond to my first support request involving this issue and after that long they onbly replied with reason other... I am also offering lower fees they are just plain greedy charging 5% of everything i made. Anyways im not here to write about my site so much as to complain about theirs. They should be put in handcuffs and have a class action lawsuit filed against them..!!! Just plain thievery.
