2) Buyer pays for the item to your PayPal account.

3) Product ships out from the USA warehouse. Tracking info provided for each sale.

4) Buyer receives product, confirm its quality and leaves positive feedback

5) Funds cleared. You take your salary, commission, eBay and pay pal fees

6) You transfer the rest via regular bank to bank transfer or some other way. My payroll offer is 25 per cent commission gross. This job will take no more than 1-2 hours per day any time. Your duties:

- List items (I provide you with up to date list of available items)

- Enter tracking number on each Pay Pal transaction

- Transfer funds once a week

- Check and answer e-mail each day. My part is:

- Sending out items in a timely manner.

- Regularly providing you and buyers with tracking numbers

- Handling customer support on my items: you forward e-mails from our buyers to me and I'll generate an answer.

- Checking and answering your e-mails each day except Sundays. The reason I seek for USA partner because I'm oversees in Europe, Latvia and not allowed to process PP and eBay transactions with USA customers in a timely manner.
