KT Graphics Theft, Breech of Contract, Misrepresentation of Services

Contracted Expert Website Services (name is so mis-leading) and paid in partial $250 on 09/13/10. They stated they would complete half the work within 1-2 weeks.

Spoke with the so called CEO (owner is a title junkie; MBA, BBB Chairman, Business boartd this and that) only once prior to payment.

Same for his partner (Twitter junkie that spends more time socializing than working; be careful when you Twitter your whole day). She and he spoke with me once each to obviously secure my payment.

As the payment went through, the communication stopped. It wasn't until I threatened to pull my account, "CEO" emailed me back begging to keep us and he is working so hard.

He refused to get on the phone with me (to this day) and refused to meet with me to go over my website. We are in the same city, small at that.

What contractor doesn't call or meet with a client? On 09/22/10, "CEO" states his "team" (if there even is one) could not access my website to make changes.

Hmmmm, you had my money on 09/13/10 and you didn't check the access codes until 09/22/10 and the work would be done in 1-2 weeks. My web host stated the codes were working fine, which is the same stated to me by the former designer.

I even accessed the site fine. "CEO" and his "team's" talent actually locked the site up. According to the web host, this is done by an amateur. Hmmmm, think so.

He finally posts a few changes, after I had to spend hours with the host fixing the acces code problem. The changes were inferior, wrong and took all of about two minutes.

I know, I have done some of my own web design, though I am a complete novice. When I told him the changes were wrong and to call me so we could go over them, he refused.

He would only email me, thus the email curtain. Typical of frauds, con artists or those who pose when they have no skill for the task. This so called title junkie has a Linkn Account that reads like he is Donald Trump.

Last I checked "CEO", even Donald Trump doesn't use titles in the art of the deal. Maybe you should read his books again or go back to University of Phoenix and take Business 101 again and Customer Service refreshers.

So, on 09/26/10, "CEO" and "Partner" still refuse to call and fix what they did. I even gave them the out by saying do the work I asked for and we can move on. I will even pay the final $250 if you complete the job.

He actually had the nerve to say pay the final $250 and he will work some more. This company is a fraud and will take your money. They are experts alright, just as their "CEO". ;)
