I have been with Comcast for about 6 years and I have not one good experience to speak about. They are unprofessional, not courteous, and plain Ghetto. You call for one thing they do another. They canceled my service 3 separate times when all they really needed to do was change my billing information. They never have a manager to speak to you. My husband and I spent around 5 hours in all on the phone just in one day to get our service up and running and no it is 10:11 pm and no service. This is the worst company ever. They really shouldn't even be in business. Oh and on demand works only half the time.
