Lied, cheated and stole all the money prepaid for incubator that he never sent PO Box 1363 Port Lavaca

In February I ordered an incubator for peafowl eggs. I was asked by Bill McGill to pay by check. I paided 565$ which he cashed then proceeded to give excuses why the incubator hadn't arrived. One excuse was that he was ill. I gave him more time and then called and found he was out playing golf. I asked him to send the incubator again he stopped answering the phones and ignored my request. He ripped me off. It is now August the season has passed and all my peafowl eggs are destroyed. He never planned to send the incubator just to cash the check.
