AFter calling this company (their web site was very unclear) they stated they would make an egg incubator with an egg turner and ship. I sent the funds on Jan. 3. On March 15 I called to find out why I had not heard from them. The owner, Thomas Pendergrass, said he was waiting for back ordered fans which were due in that week. I waited another month and after DEMANDING they ship, I received the incubator. No instructions. No warranty information. No egg turner (critical in incubating eggs). I have called repeatedly and emailed over 4 times requesting information about operation and turners. Pendergrass finally emailed me back with minimal information and stated that the incubators (now) don't come with turners. He referred to the web site, now newly redone, which shows several units and that the one I ordered does not come with a turner. However, this site was not complete when I ordered and I ordered a turner.

I contacted several companied in their home town, including the C hamber of Commerce. Even the local sheriff's department does not know these people. They have no intentions of providing equipiment that is compolet, or on time, nor do they have any skills in responding to customers needs. They're pretty good at taking people's money!
