Cakewalk / Pyro Audio Creator software they sell software that do not work at all, after you buy them you must download softwares patches, updates etc... And still will not work.
I called Technical support as it is stated in their product and they told me that they do not give telephone support for this particular software, they only provide e-mail support, as you well know that takes time (you send an email they take up to 48 hours to answer), it does not work, then it is another email, so on so forth.

I called again, after their solution did not correct the problem and they sent me a one page instructive, where I have to get into deleting registry keys and commands, that I am not well educated on, as any consumer is. Deleting registry is something that I will not do! With instructions over an email, without having someone directly guiding me over the phone, so I do not screw up my computer and turning it into a big paper weight.
They have phone support for other products, but not for this one, how practical for them, most likely because they have the most problem with.
Needless to say, they come up with patches and updates that do not solve the problem.
I wasted $39.99 tax on a piece of garbage software. STAY AWAY FROM ANY PRODUCT MARKED PYRO, CAKEWALK, SONAR unless you are a software technician, but if you are just like most consumers, you are going to waste your money.
