Called Support! Sold me lynksys AE1000 for half price. Received bank statement was charged full price. Refused me refund

Internet & Web

I purchased a link system E3000 router at WalMart and had problems setting it up and called support. They solved my problem and said by the way we have AE1000 USB adapters on sale for half price. So I purchased three over the phone.

I received the product and about a week later I received my bank statement and to my surprise was charged full price which is $15.00 more than you would pay at Walmart.

I spent about three and a half on the website and on the phone. The representative I
spoke with could not speak English clearly and I was not able to get their name or number. I was on hold several times. They refused to refund my money, so I said I want to send the product back, which is not what I really wanted. I wanted a refund of the over charge.

They sent me mailing labels and I am getting ready to mail the adapters back. The one adapter I purchased at Walmart I have had nothing but trouble with and should return also. No telling how long It will take to get the money refunded after I mail the packages. This has been the deal from Hell and I will never buy anything from Cisco again.
