Lost order, denied losing it and blamed me, i made emergency order, company found order month later and sent

I ordered from the oriental trading co for my child's sixth birthday party. I sent a cashiers check on the second of the month for $126.00 and that included more than $19.00 rush shipping so it would arrive by the 18th of june. On the 14th of june i called to check my order and was answered by a snotty older woman who said they never recieved my order and then accused me of sending it to the wrong address. I was desparate since i was expecting a bunch of kids, so i had to order by credit card at the last minute, paid an extra shipping charge to recieve the order in three days. That order went through. Then, on july 2, i recieved an email saying they had recieved my order, and they would be shipping it. I immediately called and was assured they would cancel the old order and someone would call me to settle the situation on tues., the 6th, after the holiday. Of course, no one called tue, and i recieved a new email confirming shipping of my original order. Now, i have to send the stuff back, and somehow attemt to get my money back along with my sanity. Let me also point out that when i called them on the 2nd and told them about the problem once again, they blamed the post office. No one at this company seems to know what they are doing. The least they could have done was to have looked for my original order instead of accusing me of sending it to the wrong address. I called so many times and talked to so many people in their supposedly friendly customer service and each one told me something different. Apparently no one wrote anything on my account about the situation. They all seemed absolutely cluless. I will never order from this company again unless i feel like being ripped off, stressed out, and given the runaroun over and over again over one simple order.
