Denies access to persons needing to report a bug with a problem

After receiving an email with a link to a video, I got a message that I needed a later version of Adobe Flash player. After doing this, I was still denied.
On the advice of an Apple expert, I deleted all previous versions of Flash Player and downloaded and installed the latest version.
After still being told to download the new version which I just had installed, I went to Adobe's site and clicked on report a but. This led to the need to register with a username and password.
I followed instructions of entering my username and password, which I did correctly. I was told I did not have permission to log in.
