Flash Player Install Requires ActiveX but Nothing Happens

If ever I attempt to install "Adobe Flash Player" it claims I have to install "ActiveX" after which after I attempt to do that only a little screen pops up that claims install or do not deploy. Sick push install but nothing happens. And since I can not deploy these specific things I can not perform something that has Adobe Flash Player. Please create back on something that may resolve this issue.

Thanks
