I have tried to access ebay using my user ID and my password but cant get logged in

I've attempted to gain access to ebay useing my individual identification and my password but cant get drenched in. I keep performing exactly the same items to attempt to get my code, however it keeps giving me exactly the same directions, that simply carry on again and again again. Can you inform me just how to sign in, when to place my pc title in when to place my identification title in when to place my password in Ive tried placing my password within the password position, also it dosent work if its the incorrect password I would like to understand how I will possibly change it out or tell me what it's. I attempted to obtain it by going right through the actions and all I acquired was a merrygoround that went nowhere.
