Violating my privacy rights as a customer

Yesterday 06/24/10 http://apbt. Online-pedigrees.com / deleted several of my posts and when i confronted him on the board, he violated my privacy by posting false statements about me by using my account. As a moderator his job is to moderate not to hack in the system and posting negative comments pretending to be. Not satisfied he publically posted a private picture of myself and my family. I would really like for actions to be taken because as a consumer i feel i was violated on my rights and accused of a false statements. Thank you and please put and end to this unprofessional moderator!
