RUDE Fraud?! Customer Service Federal Management Ltd fraud? Scam?

I have found www.federalmanagement.co.uk to be the rudest company I have ever phoned. I phoned this company asking for company information and they was not willing to give it to me. There is so many scam and fraud companies on the internet and I wanted to do my own research to find out if this company is the same company who stolen money from me. This company dont show any company information on the site like VAT numbers and Company Reg Numbers. I have just been scammed by a different debt collectors website and I am sure this company is the same company as both companies are only 10 miles apart.

This company federalmanagement.co.uk had refused to give me any contact or business information over the phone. Could this be fraud? My understanding is that all businesses should have this information on the site if they are accepting payments.

I am sure this is the same company who stolen 5000 from me! I will not hold them account but think twice before using this company. There is alot of free debt collecting companies on the net - who dont charge a fee!!
