Steve Phallen, North american game technology llc. Charged my card for $3500 when the charge should have been $145

I used artofwarcentral to host my game site and they ended up charging my card three thousand dollars when they should have only charged 145 When i called the owner Steve Phallen he told me is was "SH#* out of luck" and hung up. I called the better business bureau and complained and looked them up on their website and saw that several others had the same problem. I dont know about you but this is not the kind of person i want having my credit card information. I opened a case with the FBI against him and they told me they had an open case as well. I would never do business with Steve Phallen or use www.artofwarcentral.com They will screw your personal credit up!!!
