AOL Credit Alert
Ripped me off for $79.99

I called and complained to AOL Customer Service about stealing $79.99 from my bank account for AOL Credit Alert, but AOL insists that it wasn't them because they are a totally different company from AOL Credit Alert.

My first year with AOL (1997) I fell for the scam you know the one about getting a FREE COPY of your credit report for trying AOL Credit Alert for 3 months? I cancelled in 1997 and every year since then those Credit Alert bastards keeping taking money out of my account without authorization. Every year I tell them to remove me from their mailing lists etc. And every year they violate my bank account. Isn't this against the law?

AOL gives me AOL Credit Alert's number to complain, and AOL Credit Alert gives me AOL's number to complain. As far as I am concerned AOL is to blame because they have associated themselves with theives, they lent their name to a bunch of scam artists, AOL is the one raping me.
