This was a charge that showed up on my account, I did not give them any permission to do so, If I did not look at my account I would never had seen it. I wrote to them asking how they could charge my account without my permission. I was informed that I was preapproved for this service. I said I did not want it, I did ask for it, and How did they get my card number, I wanted my account creditted the amount deducted. When they looked up the information they found the card but no name for it. I SAID HOW IT THAT POSSIBLE, I was told that the money would be back in to my account in 10 business days. Well, 10 days later I did not see the money back,

Wrote to them again and got so sorry computer glick and that the money would be in the account on Monday. Well Monday is here and the money is still not in the account! I did get the names of the people that helped my getting my answer,

I makes me very mad, I did not go to any site for this kind of information.
