ICM - internet cash machines
International Cash machines Scam. Payed $2.50 for info, got none & they pulled $139 off my credit card. Called & told I had 3 days to cancel - in small print!

I have already filed a complaint on usacomplaints.com. When I called "jennifer" - who they stated would handle a refund a surly bastard just said " why don't you look more carefully at the small print". This is a serious scam and should be reported to the fraud dept of the California Attorney General. I have read several reports on the same company where they have filched $139.99 out of their credit card accounts. The "Refund Offer" is baseless. Please encourage other victims to take action against these scammers.
