MP3 Elevation - A Total Rip Off - Fraudulent

MP3Elevations.com is a total ripoff! They claim to be a legitimate MP3 music download service that offers a great deal of unlimited downloads for as little as $2.95 a month (with a $49.95 sign up fee) or $79.95 a year with no sign up fee.
What you don't know until you sign up and download their software is that it is only a rebranded MP3Elevation version of Limewire that you can get for FREE or for a faster version at $34.95 a year.
The only thing Limewire (or their version) is good for is downloading illegal music, video, and software. You go to MP3 Elevation with the object of downloading legal music and get stuck with a program that is only intended to download ILLEGAL copyrighted items.
According to their cancellation policy they will cancel your subscription, which they did in my case (I bought the $79.95 plan) but, according to their policy: "All fees paid and charges made prior to cancellation as provided herein are nonrefundable, including any advance charge or payment for the subscription term during which you cancel your subscription." So another words, I was ripped off the $79.95 even though I never downloaded anything with their software and uninstalled it as soon as I saw what it was.
If you want to legally download go to a legitimate site - if it doesn't bother you to illegally download then get the free Limewire - if you want to get totally ripped off go to MP3 Elevation!
