Warning not to have any computer dealings with this person. He comes across as a nice, well-meaning, helpful guy, but he is not a good person and he will scam you. First of all, he will tell you that what you have isn't worth repairing and he will sell you a new computer. Then, he will promise to return to install various software, but he will make up excuses for weeks why he had to cancel. He then assures you he will finish the computer job, but when the excuses run out, he will just make an appointment, not show up, and not respond to emails or phonecalls. He strung me out for two months doing this. To top it all off, he's not good at what he does. I had problems because he didn't even know the correct code for my computer and I finally had to google it myself.
