I ordered a set of seat and they sent me the wrong ones

I ordered a set of seats and they sent me the wrong ones so I sent them back. Now they say that when the company received them that they are so badly damaged that they can't resell them so they won't refund me my total amount. I think this company is a rip off and something has to be done against them, if anyone is going to file a suit against them, count me in!!!
