Overcharge but no traceability at paypal

I had been provided a $1.99 buck 1 week test for that web downloadmanager but could obtain just the so - named 360 expert for expert-to-peer download process. After I examined this program - it had been only a shareware plan and also to my dismay they pocketed 42 bucks for that stated product... Put into my disappointment is why they got the cash from paypal wihtout getting the correct paperwork??? There's no report identified for that stated deal!

What am designed to do for this issue? What website has got the capability to assist us with this situation?

Would you give me suggestions about what evidence shoul i provide as paypal itselt couldn't provide any report for that deal. Only a reduction from my outstanding balance.
