Absolutely horrible customer service

Completely terrible customer support. I bought 2 sets of stockings in the exhorbitant cost of $44 each. Based on their measurement graph, I'd purchase a dimension little, that we did. Once they came, the measurement graph about the presentation obviously had various requirements where I'd require a Method instead. I sent them (as there's no telephone number about the packaging slip) and requested to get a return authorization amount plus they sent me back informing me the purchase was stuffed properly so thatis that. I have sent 2 more occasions to get a return authorization amount and also have gotten no reaction. I'm today processing a state using the BBB against them. Don't purchase out of this organization. And of course the standard is terrible and never what's explained on the website.
