And so I have experienced direcpath to get a year today because of AT&T lacking any available "Web slots" in my own apt complex. Since that time there has been failures for whole breaks (I am writing this on my iPhone these days), guarantees of discounts for stated failures which have never arrived at fruition, administrators which have lied in my experience, customer support reps who've essentially told me "tough-luck" once the Web has gone out... And every telephone call they obtain, they try to speak you right into a company strategy. Something strategy?!?! They cannot actually obtain a specialist out in a regular manner to repair THEIR VERY OWN issues... Plus they need me to invest money to possess "reassurance" on fix problems?! Please, the corporation is laughable at-best along with a bad justification for an Internet supplier. Our recommendation to direcpath - get client service people who live in the united states, a much better tracking support, and much more specialists before you begin keeping whole communties hostage for your piss-poor business methods.
