Little Ticket To Wealth Charged me a month after agreeing to cancel my account - refused to refund the money even though they did not provide a service

This company claimed they would provide an email marketing campaign for me. I paid the fee for this service. After getting absolutely no business and being contacted by absolutely no one as a result of this supposed campaign, I suspected the entire thing to be a scam. I cancelled my subscription. They agreed on April 9 to cancel my account. The email I received from them was a personal email, not an automated one, and reads, "We will cancel your subscription and your LTTW account." and was signed by Melissa. A month later they charged me $49.97 again. When I contacted them they refused to refund me the money.

I explained to them that they had provided no service over the past 30 days and that they had agreed to cancel my account a month earlier. They basically told me tough luck. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. After a month of trying to get my money back they refuse. Stay away from this unprofessional group. Their slick webpage may entice you, but they are extremely unprofessional. All of the money I gave them did not provide me with even 1 new client, in fact, not even 1 person ever contacted me as a result of their supposed service. To then take more money from me a month after THEY agreed to cancel my account in writing, is even worse. To top it off by not refunding me that money when confronted and when they know that for the previous month they had done absolutely nothing to earn it, is unconscionable.
