J-hardware Defective Computer Drives Sold on Ebay

I purchased a Rock 500 GB external hard drive from this company on Ebay on Apr-28. It did not work. It came with no manual. The company, Just Hardware was gave me no support. They offered a refund if I returned it, which I did. However after receiving it, they informed me and Ebay Customer support that I (1) failed to return the service cord, (2) removed the factory seal (3) broke and taped shut the case and destroyed the internal workings of the unit. All this is untrue, it was returend in its original box, in pristine condition. I know nothing about computers and would have had no reason to open this drive, I am a veterinarian, not a computer geek. If you Google Rock Hard Drive Ebay, such as http://raaque.
