I ordered a pair of ES shoes that were not availible in Edmonton through SkateAmerica.com. I received confirmation right away and the next day a friendly guy called to confirm my information and let me know that my order would be shipped in the next 48 hours. This was about the 11th of September!

Since the original order I have been unable to get any straight info out of these people. You can't call them because the only have a message system. If you e-mail them they might get back to you but most likely have no clue about your order and just tell you what you want to hear.

I have been sent numerous e-mails from my order was shipped on this day or that, no one really seems to know. My card was charged on October 11th, upon shipping they are supposed to send you an e-mail of confirmation and your tracking#. When I didn't receive this I e-mailed asking for the info and to be sure that my parcel was shipped.

I received a correspondence on the 22nd saying that they didn't have the 6 1/2 but only the 7s so I said "go for it" 'cause my Globes are a 7 and I was led to believe that they were in the box and ready to go. Well, I still have not received my conf# or tracking# so I e-mailed today to find that they were actually "sent" on October 1st?!? The reason I had no tracking# was that the UPS that their site gives as their international shipper is actually USPS and you get no tracking# or insurance. And of course the Canadian border must have lost them.

This of course is bull-shit, the dates don't add and their web-site is all lies. I am wearing flip-flops in the snow because I can't afford a second pair of shoes because I spent $165 on those! @$%^$%&^%! Anyhow I called them on it and will continue to harrass them on a daily basis 'til I get my shoes. I am a University student on financial aid, someone should let these people know about a little matter called "KARMA"!
