Ripoff the mail and rebate is not true they don't sent you your money back!

One year ago I bought a monitor for my computer. There was mail and rebate form for 40$. I sent it to the company and it said that I will receive my money in 4-6 weeks.
After those weeks I didn't receive my money so I called best buy. They said that I should receive it by now they told me to wait couple more days and I still didn't receive it.
It's been almost 2 years now and I know that I won't receive my money back. So if you ever see a mail and rebate form, believe me it's fake.
