BPMB, Inc, Bait and Switch -Don't Believe Anything Michael Mai Tells You

I am owner of a small business. We needed a human resourcemanagement system and a customer relationship management system for our growingbusiness. I found BPMB, Inc through a mutual Linkedin contact of Michael Mai.
I informed Michael Mai of my budget and the needs of myoffice. He told me that his company would have no problem setting up what weneeded within our budget and he would get me a proposal ASAP. The next day I received the proposal as promised andeverything looked good. He informed me that a 15% deposit was required and weshould have our new PeopleSoft system up in a month or so. I agreed and senthim the deposit. After about a week he told me that the system integration toour network was having problems, and to fix it we would need more time. I askedhim what the issue was and he said a bunch of things that didnt really makeany sense. Im not a computer expert but do know enough to see he was bullsh*ting me. I told him that if he could not do the project I would find someoneelse that could. He assured me that it was not a problem and that it would beon time. About a month later and he informs me that our newPeopleSoft system was ready. After testing it myself I noticed that none of thecustom configurations I requested was done. It was as if all they did wasinstall the software and left it at that. I was very upset at this point andtold him that this is not what we paid for. He told me everything would betaken care of. Another two weeks pass and I dont hear from him. I called hisoffice and he was never there. After a few days we get a bill from BPMP forthree time what I was quoted. I informed them I would not pay for a brokensystem three times what was promised. They told me that they would send my billto collections and sue me if I didnt, I told them to go ahead and never heardback. Stay away from Michael Mai and BPMB, Inc. They will wasteyour time and money.
