Ripoff, non delivery

I ordered a computer through ai pcs and was approved 1750 with a 205 down payment and 59 dollar processing fee. I was told 10 to 15 business days it would be shipped...

Come to find out it was never shipped in over a month now, it was never built, i will even go as far as to say that the financing was never really approved. (by anyone that matter anyway).

I subscribe to credit watch gold and ai pcs never did any kind of credit check on me as far as my credit report shows. So it appears to me that after a month they still haven't gotten as far as they should have before the contract was ever signed.

This i feel is fraudulant and they should not get away with it especially if it is happening to other people aswell
