Internet Cash Machines Deceptive charges

I signed up for a 2.95 package about an Internet website. I was waiting for the details to come in the mail. This was to tell me more on the website and how I could use the website. I waited and recieved nothing in the mail. Later on I get my monthly cc bill and find I have been charged not only 2.95, but also 139.95.

I have contacted my credit union about the charges. Followed that call up with a call to ICM it's self. The rep there offered me credits on the supposed website. I told the rep I did not want credits for a website I was no going to use. The rep then offered to close the account. I asked for a full refund of my money and the rep said I would not get a refund. I told the rep I would report the company to the Attorney General here.
