Ripoff website doesn't exsist they take your money and you get nothing in return Internet

This website was offered to me while I was entering a contest on a website. It stated that for $1.99 I would have use of this website for 10 days and then charged after that. Well I called them after not being able to get into the website after three days of trying. They told me that they did not understand why I couldn't get into the website. I told them that the site does not even exist and asked for a number to talk to someone who can tell me how to go to the website. The lady on the phone stated she was going to send me a verification e-mail so that I may get on the site. It has been two days and still no verification e-mail and I still cannot get on the site. I told them not to charge me after the ten day period and asked for a refund of my 1.99 but she said that they would not refund me my money because the site is valid and that there must be something wrong with my computer that is not allowing me to even find the link to the site. I would like for this bogus internet based company to be shut down and made to refund all the people that it has ripped off. This company also go by On-target Grants.
