AOL NetMarketing
Charges $69.99 after repeated CANCELLATION - Internet

Internet & Web

2 years ago I made the mistake to get AOL service. A few months later they charged me $69.99 for AOL NetMarketing which I called and complained about and they refunded my money.

I cancelled my AOL over 8 months ago. This past month I was charges $69.99 again for AOL NetMarketing, this charged caused me to bounce 2 checks and incur 2 NSF Fees.

I called AOL NetMarketing and was extremely angry the 'Customer Service'representitive was very rude telling me I needed to 'settle myself down' if I wanted any help. I was Calm but very angry. Finally she agreed to refund my $69.99 but I'd have to fax my NSF and bank statements. Then when getting off the phone she had the audacity of offer my a free trial of AOL NetMarketing for 3 month. I told her to go to Hell.

My $69.99 was refunded but I received a letter after I faxed all my bank information that I would not receive my refund for my NSF fees. RIPOFF! AOL NetMarketing used my credit card number I gave to AOL and charged me months later! Ripoff!
