Requested a handmade item online and compensated by money order. After 30 days and several discussions approached vendor again to no avail... Nevertheless no reimbursement no item... After 6 months she shut her end with a few bs justification and not approached me or returned my income. Overlook custoemr support... Whatever you get is produced emails that never add up to something apart from aggrivation. I'm out $30.00 also it does not appear that ETSY is also concered. There's ostensibly NO customer support to answer your concerns or assist you to. When you have a shady vendor you ar e caught and out the cash you paid. I woudl never buy something out of this site again... A lot of stress and time spent pursuing the vendor and ANYBODY from ETSY to really solve or react to my problem. To poor ETSY... The thought of a handmade site was a good idea... Your insufficient customer support destroyed it for the vendors!!!
