No customer service when system doesn't work properly

Bought this system and have had many glitches. Help is nonexistant when setting this up. When clients click Apply Now for some carriers, the applications never reach company. They are scrubbed by a middle company, randomly pulled, and a certain percentage never gets turned into the insurance company. Only a month later will you realize after you have lost a customer or 2 or 3 or more. They offer no resolution to this problem and certainly no reimbursement for lost customers. Don't trust their system.
When calling to report a problem, can not get agent on the phone ever. May take a few weeks to get someone to call. They called every day to make the sale though.
